Fine Gael Local Election Candidate for Drogheda and District

A Councillor with a reputation for getting things done, Oliver Tully is one of the most active Councillors on Louth County Council.

Cllr. Tully has been a member of Louth County Council since 1991 and Chairman from 2011-2012. A former Secondary School teacher, Cllr. Tully has over 30 years experience in the Education sector. He continues to be heavily involved in a number of Educational Committees, including Louth Meath Education and Training Board where he was Chairman from 2005-2011.

Cllr. Tully actively campaigns for better safer roads and was instrumental in securing the 80k funding grant allocated to improving the Coast Road from Clogherhead to Termonfeckin in 2013. He is also an active member of the Balsanter (Baltray, Sandpit, Termonfeckin) Community Text Alert – new community safety programme using mobile phone text alerts to ensure the safety of the community.
